I had a few questions while I was in the store, the staff jumped in so fast it felt like they saved my whole day. They were super nice, really helpful, and made everything way easier than I expected. Such a smooth experience, I left feeling weirdly happy about it!

I ordered a chair from Crate and Barrel and was a little nervous the fabric color might look different once it showed up. Thankfully, it was really close to the photos online, and even the texture looked about how I expected.
The material feels solid and true to the description, not cheap or disappointing at all. Delivery went smoothly too, so overall I’d say it was worth the money and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again
"Easy exchange, honestly no hassle"
I ordered a set of glasses from crateandbarrel.com, and one of them showed up with a small chip. I was a little annoyed at first, like... not a huge deal, but still not what you want when you’re excited to use something new.
The good thing is, customer service got back to me quickly and sent out a replacement without making it complicated. The new glass arrived packed better too, so yeah... overall I’m happy with how they handled it.

"Better prices than I figured"
I thought Crate & Barrel was going to be way more expensive, but I ended up finding a few sale items that felt reasonable. I’d say I paid maybe 20–30% less than I expected on a couple things, and the quality actually feels solid, not cheap or flimsy. Shipping was around what I’d expect, not a great deal but not crazy either. Overall, I’m happy with what I spent and I’d probably shop there again

I ordered a dining chair and a few kitchen items from Crate & Barrel, and so far I’m genuinely impressed. I tend to notice patterns with stuff like this, and everything I’ve bought from them has that same sturdy, well-made feel.
The chair feels solid with no wobbling, and the fabric actually looks nicer in person than it did online. The dishes have a good weight to them too, not that thin, cheap feeling you sometimes get when ordering kitchenware.
It’s definitely not the cheapest place to shop, but I can kind of see where the money goes. Based on how these pieces feel, I’m expecting them to hold up well, so I’m happy with the purchase and would buy from them again.

"Warranty Help Was Shockingly Easy"
One of the legs on my chair started having an issue after a few months, and I was bracing myself for a whole dramatic warranty nightmare. But Crate & Barrel made it ridiculously easy. They responded quickly, asked me to send a few photos, and then just sent out the replacement part without turning it into some huge ordeal. I was so relieved I could’ve cried. Seriously, such a smooth experience.

My Crate and Barrel order delivery was fine overall. The updates were clear and came at the right times, so I wasn’t stuck wondering when everything would show up, and the driver called before arriving, which I appreciated. Everything showed up when they said it would. That said, when I had a question, I kind of felt dismissed, like they just wanted to move on instead of actually helping. The delivery itself was easy, but that part left me a little disappointed

I placed a custom order on Crate and Barrel i wish I had read the reviews first. The delivery date got pushed back twice, and the updates were basically nonexistent unless I called to ask what was going on. The item turned out nice enough, but for what I paid, I really expected the process to be smoother. It wasn’t a total disaster, just way more annoying and slow than it should’ve been.

I ordered a few things, mostly because I’d been putting it off and telling myself I was too busy to deal with it. To my surprise, everything showed up way quicker than I expected. Delivery was smooth, no problems at all.

"Wish I’d gone with white glove delivery sooner"
I ordered a sofa from crateandbarrel.com and chose the white glove delivery, i’m kind of regretting not doing this with past furniture orders. The delivery guys brought it in, set everything up, and took all the boxes with them, which made the whole thing so much easier. They did run a little late, but they kept me updated, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m really happy with how it went...

"Love the products, but the site tested my patience"
I really do like Crate & Barrel’s stuff, which is why I was excited to shop there, but wow, the website made it more frustrating than it needed to be. One minute I was happily adding things I liked, and the next I was annoyed because pages were loading slowly or my filters reset after I hit back. The cart glitched on me too and made me add the same item again, which was just irritating. It’s not a terrible experience overall, but it definitely took longer than it should have. I expected it to feel a lot smoother.

"My order did get here eventually, and..."
My order did get here eventually, and everything seemed fine once it arrived, but the whole delivery part just felt off. It showed up a few days late, and the tracking didn’t really give me much to go on. I don’t know, it wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but it definitely left me feeling a little frustrated. Better updates would’ve made the whole thing feel a lot less annoying

"Return was surprisingly painless"
I ended up returning a lamp because the color looked different once I had it in my room. I wasn’t totally sure if I was being too picky, but it just didn’t work with the space, and I was expecting the return to be kind of annoying.
I started the return online and got the label right away, which made me feel a lot better. I dropped it off the next day, and the instructions were clear enough that I didn’t have to guess too much or call anyone.
The refund came through faster than I expected, too. I kept thinking there might be some extra step I missed, but nope, it was just handled. Smooth overall, and I’d feel fine ordering again.
